Mommy and Me Fitness classes are 30 minute long workout classes designed for moms to do alongside their children. As a mother, I understand that finding the time to get a workout in while taking care of a little one can be challenging! In this class, you don't have to worry about getting a babysitter, creating your own workouts, or the tedious details of distracting your child while exercising. Just show up! I provide activites for the kids, and older ones are welcome to join in the workout. For extra clingy kids, I will teach you ways to embrace the chaos and still reach your goals. Infants are easy to swap in for your dumbbells, just bring a blanket or carrier as well.
Each class blends resistance training, circuits, and functional movement to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence - No matter where you're starting from. Beginners are welcome, and each exercise has modifications to tailor it to your level.

This spring, grow into your strongest self! This is my second series located at 'She Thrives Studio' inside the Gaia Women's PT & Wellness Clinic in Martinsburg, WV. This is a small, intimate class designed to create a bonding opportunity with your children and other local moms. Classes will take place inside a beautiful studio, with occational themed classes and snacks/coffee available. Gain strength, stamina, and confidence side-by-side with your children, giving both of you the building blocks for a healthier future.
